Chaos In The World
Chaos is a big problem in our world. By chaos I mean war, hunger, disasters, dirty environment and economic crisis. All of these things effect us and our environment very bad. When we look at the past of these we will see that people had hard times with these. Mostly in war but we can’t throw others away. Because it is mostly war, I used war more than others in my personal anthology.
War is a terrbile thing. People effected badly and not just in physical way but in mental way, too. In my first short story if you read it you can see that the Civil War in Amerca effected him very badly. For example, he sees things other people don’t see! That is our first clue about the nastiness of war. In my second short story the title is ‘For The Duration Of The War’ but I didn’t see anything but anthing about the war. All I saw was a woman who is translating a poem. Which is lovely poem by the way. But nothing about war. So I really want to askk the author about the title. Coming to my poems. In my poems I thought bigger than war. I found poems about chaos and one for the end of the world. In my first poem it was about end of the world, well according to me. The poem was written by old English and hard to understand. In my second poem it was about chaos. The author said that there amy be still chaos when the world ends. Which I think is a great possibility. In my last poem the author talked about chaos turning into something to shape the leaf. My commentary on this poem is that I think the author wanted to say that we can defeat chaos with trees? Well, maybe but it is stilll in my theme. My article is about the war in Afghanistan. Which is one of the famous wars.I can say that it is famous because it is included in some games. Such as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2 or Medal of Honor: Limited Edition. In my article the writer of the article gives facts and quotes from some people. I can say that he interviewed somebody. The article was in www.newyorktimes.com and you can find more articles about war in that site.
A song: What I’ve Done. Such a great song. Especially its video. The song is performed by Linkin Park and it sends us a message. You can see the message clearly in the video. In the video you can see the chaos. You can see Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, disasters, hunger, secret unions, pandemonium in the streets, and other things. I think it perfectly fits my theme. Mostly because of the video but still lyrics are good, too. You can find the video in www.youtube.com .
My art gallery.... In the gallery you can see pictures from war, disasters and a fact from hunger. For the main pictures I chose the Nazis because they made big chaos on their time. So I put them as a main picture. Other pictures fit my theme accordng to me. My theme is a big theme so I was able to find great pictures.
For a final note, I’d like to say that chaos is a great problem in our world and it always will be. You can see chaos everywhere but you can’t do much about it. And you won’t be able to do anything when the chaos will come for you. So I like to finish my commentary by a poem from a Nazi Germany Victim Pastor Niemoeller:
